I wish I could say that Suzie swept to her championship, but that would not be the case. Her dark color seemed to earn her a record of major reserves, with judges pronouncing "if only she were flashy". Not that our breed standard calls for flashy, but just the same her lack of white hurt her in the ring. Nonetheless she finished under Chuck Trotter who appreciated her fantastic structure and smooth effortless movement, with a perfect low set and carried tail. We adore our Suzie and have high hopes for her as a mother. |

Suzie has the typical Coedwig temperament: Loving, obedient, calm, and outgoing. She loves everyone she meets, and is a perfect house companion. |
